If you wish not to have a profile on this website you can contact us to remove the account. Normally the account profile would remain on the website in case you should return to make a new subscription. It would remain visible only to you and our administration.
This profile forms our record of your transactions with us. As an organisation with paid subscriptions and sales we are legally obliged to keep records for a number of years. However, your profile and its details can be made to be no longer available for you to access or view.
If you wish to terminate your account, you can do so by contacting the Membership Secretary.

All accounts are private, only you and Touch or The Reiki Association Administrators, can see your account details. All credit/debit card transactions are handled by an external payment processor, PayPal, and whilst we have details of a transaction having taken place, we have no card details.
